Oral Skills in Client Interviewing and Negotiation is an SQE2 revision guide for the SQE2 legal skills specification. It demonstrates how you will be assessed at SQE2 in the legal skills of Interviewing and Negotiation. The book makes clear links to SQE1 Functioning Legal Knowledge to help you understand how the law you learnt in SQE1 can be applied in practice, and there are SQE2-style sample questions to build your confidence in answering assessment questions.
Each chapter examines the SQE2 assessment criteria and outlines the essentials of each skill, followed by two SQE2-style practice questions with sample answers, and detailed commentary illustrating how the answers compare to the SRA's competency requirements.
This book incorporates the updates to the SQE Assessment Specification published in April 2023 and which came into force from 1 September 2023. Please note that, unless otherwise expressly stated, the law covered in this book applies in both England and Wales.
Dr Matthew Parry is a non-practising solicitor-advocate (civil) and is presently a lecturer at the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law, Swansea University. Das Dateiformat ePUB ist sehr gut für Romane und Sachbücher geeignet - also für „fließenden” Text ohne komplexes Layout. Bei E-Readern oder Smartphones passt sich der Zeilen- und Seitenumbruch automatisch den kleinen Displays an. Mit Wasserzeichen-DRM wird hier ein „weicher” Kopierschutz verwendet. Daher ist technisch zwar alles möglich – sogar eine unzulässige Weitergabe. Aber an sichtbaren und unsichtbaren Stellen wird der Käufer des E-Books als Wasserzeichen hinterlegt, sodass im Falle eines Missbrauchs die Spur zurückverfolgt werden kann.
