Erhan Aydin is a Senior Lecturer at Liverpool Business School, Liverpool John Moores University, London Campus, UK, and Affiliate Research Fellow at IPAG Business School Paris, France. His research interests include equality, diversity, inclusion, technology, digitization, human resource management, and organizational behavior. He is Editor-in-Chief of Gender Issues, Regional Editor of Journal of Organizational Change Management, and Associate Editor of Management Decision.
Mushfiqur Rahman is a Lecturer in Leadership and Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), London Campus, UK. His research interests include electronic human resource management (E-HRM), industry 5.0, and organizational behavior. His work has been published in journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management and the Journal of Business Ethics.
Andrea Appolloni is Associate Professor and Post-Doc Fellow of the Faculty of Management at Tor Vergata University of Rome (Italy). He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Centre, Cranfield School of Management (UK). His research focus is on operations, supply chain, and procurement management, intersecting with sustainability, innovation, and international management. He is widely published in various international scholarly journals as well as books and book chapters.
Betül Hayrullahoglu is Associate Professor in Public Finance in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Usak University (Turkey). Her research interests include taxation, tax law, human rights, law enforcement, and tax policies. Her work has been published in various journals and book chapters, both in English and Turkish.

Das Dateiformat PDF zeigt auf jeder Hardware eine Buchseite stets identisch an. Daher ist eine PDF auch für ein komplexes Layout geeignet, wie es bei Lehr- und Fachbüchern verwendet wird (Bilder, Tabellen, Spalten, Fußnoten). Bei kleinen Displays von E-Readern oder Smartphones sind PDF leider eher nervig, weil zu viel Scrollen notwendig ist. Mit Wasserzeichen-DRM wird hier ein „weicher” Kopierschutz verwendet. Daher ist technisch zwar alles möglich – sogar eine unzulässige Weitergabe. Aber an sichtbaren und unsichtbaren Stellen wird der Käufer des E-Books als Wasserzeichen hinterlegt, sodass im Falle eines Missbrauchs die Spur zurückverfolgt werden kann.
