Land Registration Handbook

This text amalgamates two books on conveyancing, "Concise Land Registration Practice" and "Land Registration Forms", and aims to provide conveyancers with a complete desktop service, dealing with most of the problems that arise on a daily basis. A section on practice provides explanations of the principles of registration, and covers rent charges, insolvency, leases, charges and liens, contentious proceedings and the matrimonial home. A further section on forms includes details on the registration of titles, conversion of titles, transfer, leasehold reform and powers of attorney. The appendices include model registers and plans, a list of significant reported cases, Land Registration Fee Order 1988 and the Solicitor's Remuneration Order 1972.
