Francis Rumsey lectures on the University of Surrey's Tonmeister degree course in Music with Sound Recording. He contributes to magazines such as "Broadcasting Systems Engineering", "Studio Sound" and "International Broadcasting", and has helped to design stereo sound training courses for television for the Independent Television Association.
