"Inheritance Claims: Law and Practice" provides an in-depth analysis of the law relating to inheritance claims, within a clear, comprehensive text. It also contains a series of appendices which detail the relevant statutes as they are today, and also the statutes as they were originally made. There is also a very detailed cases section, which gives a brief description of every case to date decided under the family provision legislation. A unique feature of this title is the inclusion of the author's own drafted questionnaires. These are drafted so that when a practitioner is faced with a new client they can utilize the questionnaires to gain all the information needed. Although the main Act was passed in 1975 there have been cases decided that are detailed in the case summaries. The text is up to date to May 1993.
