NEC3 Supply Contract

'The NEC3 Supply Contract' is the first standardised set of contract terms for complex purchasing of domestic and international supply of goods. The supply contract deals with the purchasing of goods with high risk/value such as transformers, turbine rotors, rolling stock, loading bridges and plant equipment. Launching in February 2010 and accompanied by explanatory "Guidance Notes and Flow Charts" (purchased separately), these new documents enable NEC3 to be used as a complete procurement solution across works, services and supply.
