Exclusion Clauses

Extensive limits on the use of exclusion clauses were introduced by the Unfair Contract Terms Act. This book is a guide to the use of such clauses in the light of the Act and the considerable body of case law that has developed since 1983. It also discusses the ways in which an exclusion law can become a contractual term, what loss or damage it covers and how it is likely to be interpreted by the courts.
