Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems

This is a general introduction to artificial intelligence and expert systems using the Borland "Turbo" range of languages. Each topic is covered in theory and then a demonstration program will be presented in each of the Turbo languages - Pascal, BASIC, C and Prolog. Each implementation is documented along with a discussion of the problems and advantages of the language in question. This approach allows the reader to select one of the versions to run and explore the AI method and by comparing the different versions, to understand the nature of the various languages.
