Child Support: the Legislation: 1994 Supplement

This supplement updates the main work by explaining changes to existing legislation. The changes covered include those brought about by the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1994. New cases and notes on practical points that have arisen out of difficulties exposed in the child support system are included, as are details of the Child Support Act (Amendments) Regulations 1994, the Child Support (Written Agreements) Order 1993 and the Child Support Appeal (Jurisdiction of Courts) order 1993. The Practice Directions and Policy Statements issued by the President of the Independent Tribunal Service are also included.
