Subcontracts Under the Joint Contracts Tribunal Intermediate Form

Not many books are devoted to the subject of building sub-contracts, and even fewer deal with their provisions in any depth. This is surprising since for most main contracts there is a multitude of sub-contracts - and it is often at sub-contract level that problems arise. This book examines the provisions of NAM/SC, the sub-contract for the JCT Intermediate Form, and provides an appreciation of the management and administration of sub-contracts in the context of the form's legal framework.
