This is the fourth of a multi-volume reference source containing basic physico-chemical, ecotoxic and mammalian data on nearly 5000 chemical substances. It aims to provide quick and easy access to those chemicals which cause the greatest impact on a variety of life forms. The extensive information given for each chemical covered is divided into the following sections: identifiers, physical properties, occupational exposure, ecotoxicity; effects to sewage works processes, mammalian toxicity, other adverse effects, legislation and references.
