Rezensionen / Stimmen
An excellent and accessible guide for all, from those starting out to practitioners looking for fresh inspiration and reminders of strong fundamentals for success as a History teacher today. * Sarah Hartsmith, Head of Humanities and History teacher @sehartsmith * A practical guide with useful case studies which will support a broad range of history practitioners to develop their practice. * Alex Fairlamb, History teacher and author of What is History Teaching, Now? @lamb_heart_tea * This is a terrific manual packed with lots of practical approaches which History teachers will relate to and enjoy. But it's also a potential wise sage, as Emily explores - but in an accessible and clear fashion - the theory and cognitive science which helps us to understand why the ideas work. The result is a very helpful resource which is so much more than handy or fun ideas, it is a valuable update and refresher for both new and experienced History teachers. * Ben Walsh, Trust Wide Subject Lead for History @History_Ben * This book provides a really interesting insight into the experiences of Emily, and a range of other practising history teachers, on such a wide range of issues relevant to all new history teachers. * Will Bailey-Watson, Subject Lead of History PGCE & Programme Director of Secondary ITE at the University of Reading @mrwbw *Weitere Details
