Land Law Lecture Notes

Lecture Notes are a resource for those studying and teaching law. Aimed primarily at students taking undergraduate or CPE courses, each title of the series examines a particular field of the law, with chapters for each of the major topics within the subject. Each chapter ends with a summary sheet giving an overview of the issues discussed. A comprehensive guide to land law, this text follows the traditional pattern adopted by most land law courses to present both the law and the policy behind it. Each chapter also considers proposals for reform and liberal references are made to statute and case law.
