Chris Dinkel has over 12 years of experience managing, developing, and implementing large-scale complex information systems. He has extensive experience in all phases of the SDLC of enterprise-wide data warehouses, Business Intelligence solutions, and custom client/server and Web applications. His prior background includes project management, ETL, business analysis, design, development, and administration of data warehouses supporting SAP, PeopleSoft, relational databases, and SAP BW/BusinessObjects systems. He has helped large and small enterprise customers to build robust reporting and analytic architectures that support operational, ad-hoc, and dashboard requirements. Chris has built hundreds of reports, analytics, metrics, and dashboards that are in use around the world today. He has worked in various business verticals including finance, energy, real estate, human resources, utilities, telecommunications, and technology for commercial and government organizations.
JC Raveneau is a Product Manager at SAP with 15 years of experience in the software industry. After starting his career writing report structures with Easytrieve on IBM mainframes, the discovery of BusinessObjects 3.1 was relief. Since then, JC has been focusing on business intelligence, holding a number of positions in engineering and customer services. JC was the product owner for the BusinessObjects Enterprise pattern books and monitoring add-on prototype available from SAP.
In his current role, JC facilitates the connections between the engineering stakeholders and customer feedback for BI products. JC holds a master degree in computer science from the EISTI in France
Thierry Audas has been with Business Objects since 1995. After various senior roles in program and product management he started to focus on business intelligence (BI) solutions for SAP customers in the early 2000's. He worked extensively in BI, particularly focusing on providing SAP customers with best practices in mapping out BI strategies. Since the purchase of Business Objects by SAP, he has worked in a product marketing role and spends the majority of his time working directly with SAP customers to help them better understand how SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions work within their SAP environments to provide enhanced BI capabilities across the organization.
