The Shorter Forms of Building Contract

This book looks in detail at the JCT Agreement for Minor Building Works and also surveys other shorter forms for building and landscape work. The new edition includes recent amendments to the Minor Works Agreement, details of the new edition of GC/Works/2 and two new shorter forms of contract for jobbing works and maintenance. The sections on VAT and case law have also been updated.
