Sylvia Chaudoir has been in the SAP HR field for over 13 years and has expertise in several SAP HCM functional areas, including SAP HR Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Time Management, and US Payroll. She was one of the first dozen consultants to have worked implementing the SAP HCM solution in the US, so she has been doing SAP HR consulting work for about as long as the R/3 HCM product has been in existence, and has worked on over 30 US and global HCM implementations. She was the also the project/product manager and primary content author of Accelerated HR, which is currently branded SAP Best Practices for HCM. She's been a trainer of SAP HR courses and also presented at SAP HR 2004 and 2005 conferences on Organizational Management and other topics. She knows virtually every detail of the OM component in SAP, from configuration and data maintenance, to customization of the user interfaces and data structures that support it.
