Beschreibung
All corporations rely on sound financial analysis. It is up to the controller or financial manager to evaluate and translate this complex financial information. By receiving sound financial advice, corporations can ensure that they grow both strategically and financially. This book shows how to conduct financial analysis from the viewpoint of the corporate controller, with chapters addressing classical financial analysis--capital purchase analysis, acquisition target analysis, and so on--as well as information on the analysis of many internal corporate areas. These areas include specific company departments and process cycles and also addresses capacity problems and the measurement of management performance.
