This is a software package which contains templates for the basic framework of an agreement and a range of optional clauses covering all aspects of marriage breakdown, and related documentation, in HotDoc format. The software allows the user to produce customized documents from the templates quickly and accurately by asking a series of questions about the parties, and using the answers to assemble the appropriate agreement, forms and letters. Optional clauses include: children; finances; matrimonial home; pensions; and succession rights. The forms templates cover legal advice and statistics, and the letters templates cover banks, building societies and financial services. System requirements to use this package are: A PC with 386 or higher microprocessor; a VGA or higher resolution colour monitor; Microsoft Windows 3.1 or Windows 95; 2.5 MB hard disk space; mouse.
