The Spanishwoman's Kitchen

This work brings together over 125 reginal and seasonal Spanish recipes. Gathered from disparate sources, such as mothers, grandmothers, a Marquesa, and a Franciscan nun, the dishes include a rich bean and suasage pot, chilled soups, and real paella from Valencia.
