The Spanishwoman's Kitchen

This is an insider's view of traditional Spanish cuisine as seen through the authentic methods, ingredients and utensils of the Spanish woman in her own kitchen. It is a portrait, via the landscape, produce and domestic interiors of the 12 major regions of Spain throughout the seasons. Each region is given its own introduction, followed by a number of subjects chosen to give the characteristic flavour of that particular part of Spain at that particular time of year.
