The contemporary educational landscape is characterized by increased competitiveness, surpassing that of previous times. Consequently, the student assumes a central role in the learning process. As students strive for improved academic achievement, they experience a phenomenon referred to as grade pressure. The magnitude of this strain is immense, and it not only leads to unfavorable outcomes on exams and assignments, but also affects the student's mental and physical well-being. Recognizing the gravity of this matter, I began writing "How to Manage Grade Pressure?" with the aim of helping students navigate their academic path unscathed and equipped with effective strategies.
