Lisa Sanfilippo has been an invaluable guide for me to deeper levels of yoga practice. Now, thanks to her own experiences with sleeplessness and her professional research, she offers a new way out for the one in five of us who have trouble getting a good, satisfying night's sleep every night. Lisa's a skilled communicator, and her writing is clear and empathetic. It (the book) certainly won't put you to sleep, but her Sleep Recovery will definitely smooth your way towards healthy slumber. -- Harry Shearer, actor and comedian Determining what your sleep personality is - little, light or deep - and putting in place sustainable strategies, such as yoga, will boost your energy during the day and help you access a good night's rest * Grazia *More details
