Diana Pardoe has more than 20 years' teaching experience and has taught from Foundation Stage to Key Stage 3, her main area of expertise being the primary phase. She has been a deputy headteacher in a large primary school and has worked as an advisory teacher for assessment with Bristol LEA. Diana has been involved in the professional development of teachers and support staff, leading courses, conferences and workshops for many years. She now works as an independent education consultant and a Critical Skills Coordinator for Critical Skills UK.
