Social Relationships and Cognitive Development

The ways in which individuals interact with others, resolve conflicts, and form relationships depend in part on their cognitive abilities. Reciprocally, the development of these abilities depends on interactions with others, and especially on interactions which form part of long-term relationships. This volume, based on the first Fyssen Foundation symposium, is concerned with the interplay between these interactions and development.
