Collins Keystart World Atlas

Rebranded edition of the popular and successful "Collins Longman Keystart World Atlas". It includes topics to reflect the Geography Keystage 2 requirements in the National Curriculum and QCA units of work. This atlas is part of the "Keystart" series, a comprehensive atlas programme for 7 to 11 year olds. The atlas is organised into themes: Skills, Water and Landscape, Settlement, Environment, Global citizenship and Places. Each spread is devoted to a single topic and maps are supported by text, photographs, illustrations and simple graphs. Different scales are used, from large scale plans to small scale maps of the world. The variety of material allows the integration of different strands of the geography curriculum: enquiry and skills, knowledge and understanding of place, patterns of environmental change, sustainable development and citizenship.
