Visitor Management

Case studies and examples of working practices and guidelines are included, and the book is linked directly to GNVQ Leisure and Tourism course requirements, as well as being suitable for many other vocational courses. The book explores how English Heritage manages, markets, promotes and presents its sites to visitors, and includes a series of interviews with staff involved in management and customer care, with documentary copies of job descriptions for staff at each level.
