Jim Moore is the founder of WATCH D.O.G.S. (Dads Of Great Students, a division of The National Center for Fathering), with over 4500 active programs and with over 300,000 men serving as a Watchdog this school year it has become the largest Fathering Initiative in America. It is estimated than since its inception that approximately 3,000,000 have served as a Watchdog. Jim is a national spokesperson, and his passion is to clearly communicate the value of fathering, marriage, and leadership to this generation of men. Jim speaks to groups across America through various venues, sharing with them his mission of reconnecting fathers with their children and families and strengthen marriages through an awakening of manhood through his gift of humor and life stories. He also is building leadership teams through networking. Jim is also author of the book, "The Eyes of the Ship: Navigating the Waters of Fatherhood". He was also selected by Focus on the Family to co-author "The 21 Day Dad's Challenge" with other authors such Jim Daly, Tony Dungy, Josh McDowell, NFL great Shaun Alexander, Randy Alcorn and others. He has spoken on behalf of The White House and The Department of Education on the issue of father's involvement in their child's lives and has appeared in numerous national print and video media including Fox News and ABC World News Tonight.
