Handbook of Organizational Performance: Foundations and Advances is an excellent resource for professors, practitioners, and students in the field of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). I have used several of the chapters as part of my graduate level performance management class and it has greatly benefited students with their knowledge, understanding and application of both the basic and more advanced topics within the discipline. This handbook will serve as valuable text for anyone interested in learning more about the field of OBM.

I was eager to delve into this thoughtfully curated text edited by Drs. Doug Johnson and Carl Johnson. The book provides the reader with a history of OBM, including development and challenges, highlighting the importance of both systems analysis and performance management. This text is a 'must use' for instructors teaching Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and is appropriate at the undergraduate and graduate level. The chapters are authored by faculty and experts, including new and emerging researchers, practitioners, and consultants. I'm excited to incorporate this book into a future course and to see this book support student research.

The file format PDF always displays a book page identically on any hardware. This makes PDF suitable for complex layouts such as those used in textbooks and reference books (images, tables, columns, footnotes). Unfortunately, on the small screens of e-readers or smartphones, PDFs are rather annoying, requiring too much scrolling.
This eBook uses Adobe-DRM, a „hard” copy protection. If the necessary requirements are not met, unfortunately you will not be able to open the eBook. You will therefore need to prepare your reading hardware before downloading.
