Ioulia Howard, MD, is a physician whose medical career uniquely bridges specialized expertise in cardiac diagnostics and medical technology innovation with a renewed and passionate commitment to geriatric medicine, longevity, and integrative approaches to healthy aging. Early in her accomplished medical career, she practiced cardiac diagnostics and participated in creating a pioneering company developing advanced technologies for ophthalmologic surgery. She subsequently chose to dedicate 25 years to her family?an experience that deepened her personal insight into aging, health, and wellness. Recently, Ioulia returned to her native country to obtain advanced certification in geriatric medicine, reinforcing her dedication to enhancing healthspan and quality of life for older adults. During this time, she also authored the book How to Live Long and Well: The Most Important Factors Affecting Health and Life Expectancy.
Today, her professional interests include longevity consulting and tailored geriatric care. Her distinctive international background, diverse cultural insights, and compassionate, individualized approach enable her to deliver thoughtful, customized solutions for purposeful living.
Don Howard, MD, PhD, is a physician-scientist, medical leader, and entrepreneur recognized for groundbreaking contributions to personalized diagnostics, pathology, and biotechnology. Over more than three decades, he has successfully bridged clinical medicine, scientific research, and visionary leadership?most notably as founder and CEO of CellNetix Pathology and Laboratories, one of the nation's leading private pathology firms. At CellNetix, Don spearheaded innovative programs in molecular oncology and precision medicine, creating a transformative model for the delivery of pathology services and cancer diagnostics. He has also held prominent academic and clinical roles, serving as Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington and Chief of Pathology at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.
