This open access book is compilation of selected papers from 2nd International Conference on Innovative Solutions in Hydropower Engineering and Civil Engineering (HECE 2022). Hydropower offers significant potential for carbon emissions reductions. He is a Distinguished Professor of Henan Province, a principal investigator at the Key Disciplines of Civil Engineering in Henan Province, a principal investigator of the Henan Province Geotechnical Engineering Disaster and Control Innovation Technology Institution, Director of the Henan Province International Joint Laboratory for Underground Space Development and Induced Disaster Prevention.
