This open access book is compilation of selected papers from 2nd International Conference on Innovative Solutions in Hydropower Engineering and Civil Engineering (HECE 2022). He is a Distinguished Professor of Henan Province, a principal investigator at the Key Disciplines of Civil Engineering in Henan Province, a principal investigator of the Henan Province Geotechnical Engineering Disaster and Control Innovation Technology Institution, Director of the Henan Province International Joint Laboratory for Underground Space Development and Induced Disaster Prevention.
