"A great resource for anyone who needs to challenge their brain's unconscious and automatic processing and become more intentional about what they do and why they do it. Paying attention to what we pay attention to is the first step in building more successful relationships. This book helps us focus on how our own behaviour truly impacts the behaviour of those around us, enabling self-reflection and greater accountability for our interactions with others."
