Ravindra Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management Studies at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun, India. He has a PhD in Management from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, India. He has master's degrees in business administration (MBA) and computer applications (MCA). He has qualified UGC-NET in Management. Dr. Sharma has numerous years of corporate and academic experience. He has published several research papers in referred journals, and books in the area of employer branding, HR 4.0, entrepreneurship, and green innovations for businesses with reputed publishers. His research interests include employer branding, entrepreneurship, data analytics, Industry 4.0, and business innovations.
Geeta Rana is an Associate Professor at the School of Management Studies at Swami Rama Himalayan University, Dehradun, India. She has a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee) in Management. She has also done a certification course in HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIMR). Dr. Rana has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience. She has to her credit over 65 papers published in referred journals. She has authored a book titled Counselling Skills for Managers. Her research interests include Data Analytics, Industry 4.0, Knowledge Management, Managerial Effectiveness, Employer Branding, and Innovation.
