She has coached thousands of people over more than two decades to walk for fitness, health, and contentment. Lee trained to be a mechanical engineer, and gives her methodical and research-based approach to her work as a fitness leader. Her clients have walked marathons and many other distance events. Lee has walked the talk too, completing more than 100 distance races including 33 full marathons. Every day, Lee is inspired by her clients who embrace the opportunity to explore their best selves in the world outside. Lee resides in Toronto Ontario.
