High Performance Gymnastics

Das Buch "High Performance Gymnastics" ist aus einer deutsch-brasilianischen Kooperation auf dem III. SIGARC Kongress im Jahr 2012 in Sao Paulo (Brasilien) hervorgegangen. Es enthält hochaktuelle sportwissenschaftliche Arbeiten zu Gerät- und Kunstturnen sowie Rhythmischer Sportgymnastik. Die Beiträge kreisen um sportpsychologische Themen wie die Rolle des Trainers oder die Wahrnehmung von Aktiven im Vorfeld von Olympischen Spielen, aber auch bewegungsanalytische und biomechanische Betrachtungen.
