Alex Reid is a strength and conditioning specialist who has worked in professional sport for almost two decades. She has worked with two Football Premiership Clubs, the British karate team, the Football Association, England Athletics, the Lawn Tennis Association and many elite athletes. Alex currently runs her own strength & conditioning business, Perform Fitness, and consults for the Rugby Football Union. Alex has a Sports Science degree and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association and an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach with the UK Strength & Conditioning Association. This is her second book.
