He also has a postgraduate certificate in coaching and two professional coaching qualifications. He has edited and writtedn 30 books, including 'Excellence in Coaching', 'Appreciative Inqiry for Change Management' and 'Top Business Psychology Model', 'Becoming a Coach: The Definitive ICF Guide' and 'The Coaches' Handbook'. He is currently professor of coaching and behavioural change at Henley Business School, SVP Coaching at CoachHub and continues to run his own small coaching practice.
