Ken Oliphant is Professor of Tort Law at the University of Bristol, UK. His many writings in the area include the revision and updating of the title on Tort for the fifth edition of Halsbury's Laws of England.
Sandy Steel is a Fellow and Tutor in Law at Wadham College, University of Oxford, UK. For his article 'Justifying Exceptions to Proof of Causation in Tort Law', he was awarded the Modern Law Review's Wedderburn Prize in 2016, and his work has been cited by the UK Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
