'Mullis and Oliphant's textbook deconstructs this notoriously difficult subject in a way that makes it readily comprehensible and, unlike other similarly accessible textbooks, it manages to do this without glossing over the many inconsistencies in the relevant case law. Tort textbooks tend to fall into two categories: the simple but basic and the advanced but dense. With this one, the reader has access to the best of both worlds.' - Dr Claire McIvor, Birmingham Law School, University of BirminghamMore details
