Frontiers of European Broadcasting Legislation

This work traces the development of media legislation in Europe and, in particular, the role of the European Court of Justice in establishing case law within the framework of EC treaties. Wulf Meinel argues for the adoption of an EC broadcasting constitution to avoid conflicts of legal competence between national and EC laws.
