Dr. Shena Manning, Ed.D., LPC is a licensed professional counselor, marriage therapist, and educator who has spent her career helping individuals and couples build emotionally healthy relationships. Pastor Tony Manning is a licensed minister, marriage pastor, and life coach who has walked alongside hundreds of couples through every season of marriage. Together, Dr. Shena and Pastor Tony have been married for 36 years, raised four children, and built a life that is living proof of what Safe Love looks like in practice.
