Oil and Oilseed Processing will review existing conventional and novel 'green' extraction methods to extract oils from seeds, reinforcing the positive aspects of some operations in the processing oil and oilseeds and presenting the new processing concepts, principles, effects on quality and stability characteristics, limitations and challenges.
