Description
In this reader, media experts from Ukraine and Germany discuss the chances and difficulties to establish public service broadcasting in Ukraine, as a means to support and intensify the democratisation process there. The results originate from a co-operation between the Institute for Broadcasting Economics at the University of Cologne, Germany, and the Kyiv-Mohyla School of Journalism at the National University "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy", Kyiv, Ukraine, which was supported by the DAAD as part of the project "Introduction of a Public Service Broadcasting as a Means of Supporting Democracy in Ukraine? A German-Ukrainian Exchange of Opinions".
