Microcharacterization of Proteins

The papers collected in this volume represent the proceedings of a workshop on the microcharacterization of proteins held in 1994. The authors and contributors to this text are affiliated with leading laboratories, among them the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) at Heidelberg and the Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry at Martinsried. Various methods in the structural analysis of proteins are detailed, including those using very small amounts of sample.
