Teaching in Post-compulsory Education

This textbook serves as a resource for intending or experienced teachers, trainers and support workers within post-compulsory education who are working towards professional awards based on National Standards. Although the authors, who are all experienced practising teacher educators, have based the discussion firmly on the Further Education National Training Organisation (FENTO) framework, the issues that are addressed are relevant to the broader post-14 Learning and Skills sector.
