DINDAS, Henrik (PhD) is full professor for higher education didactics and an in-house consultant of the rectorate at FOM University of Applied Sciences in Essen, Germany, where he also coordinates the Competence Centre for Didactics (KCD). He received his doctoral, master's and bachelor's degrees from the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. He also works as a freelance consultant and systemic coach for university didactics with over 10 years of experience in the fields of higher education didactics, science communication, university development, quality management and evaluation. He possesses various additional qualifications in higher education didactics, such as Harvard Higher Education Teaching Certificate. In addition, he has teaching and coaching experience at various universities in Germany and the USA.
Ondrej Duda, Master's degree in English and Arts teaching, PhD candidate in Education, is Assistant Professor of the English language at the Institute of Foreign Languages at the Faculty of Education, Palacký University in Olomouc. He teaches sociolinguistics, language practice, language skills, culture and history courses as well as ELT courses. In his work, he focuses on developing professional competences of English teachers. His recent academic interest involves the theme of developing the sociolinguistic competence of future teachers of English and learners' motivation to learn foreign languages. ELEFTHERIOU, Paraskevi is a PhD candidate of Pedagogy at University of Athens. She completed postgraduate studies in the Master's program "Theory, Practice and Evaluation of Educational Process" at the Athens School of Philosophy. She has been working as a professor in private education since 2010 and has been involved in research programs at the Athens School of Philosophy. KOUTROUBA, Konstantina is a Professor in Harokopio University in Athens. Her subject title is "pedagogical and instructional studies". Her research interests focus on (i) the study of the factors on which effective teaching and learning within school settings is based, (ii) the implementation of innovative teaching strategies s that contribute to students' cognitive, social and affective development (iii) the classroom management in relation to teaching and learning outcomes and (iv) the application of scientific interventions for teacher profile and professionalism reinforcement. KRÄMER, Anna (M.A.) studied Social and Cultural Anthropology and Geography with a focus on religion and human-environment relations at the University of Cologne and School of Planning and Architecture Vijayawada, India. Since 2020 she has been working as coordinator of the DAAD-funded UNITE-project.
LAZARIDOU, Angeliki studied Education at Athens University and continued her study in Alberta, Canada where she earned her Master's and Doctor's Diplomas. Since 2007, she teaches Educational Management and Leadership at the University of Thessaly. She has published extensively in these fields.

NIKOLAOU, Eleni N., Dr., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sciences of Preschool Education and Educational Design, at the University of the Aegean, Greece. She has been teaching in this department since 2006. She has worked for almost fifteen consecutive years in a counselling and mental health service for children, adolescents, and their families in Greece.
Eleni holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the Department of Sciences of Preschool Education and Educational Design, University of the Aegean (2005). She completed her postgraduate studies at City University, London (M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology, 1999). She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Crete (1996). She has published two books and co-edited four collective volumes. Her articles have been published in reputable scientific peer reviewed journals and conferences, either at national or international level. She participates as a reviewer in Greek as well as in International Journals. Her research interests include school counselling, counselling parents, emotional and behavioural difficulties, school bullying.
NIKOLAREA, Ekaterini achieved her BA in English Studies from the University of Athens, Greece, and her MA and PhD in Comparative Literature from Carleton University (Ottawa, Ontario) and the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Alberta) in Canada respectively. She was awarded major Canadian Fellowships, Prizes and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship for her contribution to Translation Studies. She taught in Canadian and US Universities, while being in North America. Since she came back to Greece, Ekaterini is an appointed ESP/EAP teacher at the University of the Aegean (Lesvos, Greece). Ekaterini has published articles on theatre translation, reviewed books and articles, authored two Studies Programmes for Applied Linguistics and articles on teaching ESP/EAP at non-English Universities.
NUTTALL, Amanda is Associate Professor in the School of Teacher Education at Leeds Trinity University and a DPhil student at the Department of Education, University of Oxford. Prior to working in higher education, she spent 13 years teaching in primary schools serving predominantly disadvantaged communities. Her doctoral study is focused on building a rich understanding of how teachers experience transitions and revisions in their identity[ies] as they engage in Master's level research activity. This work is influenced by her own experiences as a research-active teacher, alongside recent work in developing critical research literacy within initial and continuing teacher education programmes.
