Trends in Food Technology: Design and Making Food

A discussion of designing and making food. It is part of a series which explores the subject of food technology at GCSE level, dividing it up into core areas such as food processing, ingredients, the food industry and designing and making food products. The contents closely follow the Food Technology course requirements.
