Kenneth Bainey is currently the director of information technology at Alberta Transportation for the Government of Alberta, Canada. With 28 years of industry experience, he has been a consultant and has held leadership positions in project management and applications development, as well as strategic planning and enterprise architecture development. Mr. Bainey has contributed to numerous conferences and seminars and has published extensively. He holds a PMP in project management from the Project Management Institute, a CCP in IT management from the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals, a CIM in management and administration from the Canadian Institute of Management and a B.Sc. majoring in mathematics and computing science from the University of Alberta, Canada.
