Intermediate GNVQ: Science

A pack of 22 photocopiable assignments for Intermediate Science GNVQ students, which are matched to the September 1994 specifications for Science GNVQ at Intermediate and Advanced levels. The assignments are targeted at specific elements and performance criteria and include: background notes, which provide a quick summary of some of the science relevant to the task; guidance for students on how to achieve merit and distinction grades; realistic scenarios, to show the kinds of tasks that scientists are doing in the workplace; core skill targets, which describe what the students need to do; and contact addresses, to help students with independent research.
