Section 2 Tumours of the epidermis: benign tumours and premalignant lesions -seborrhoeic keratosis, solar keratosis, Bowen's disease, Paget's disease - mammary, extramammary; malignant epidermal tumours - basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma; pseudocarcinoma -keratoakanthoma, keratoakanthoma centrifugum marginatum, florid oral papillomatosis, verrucous carcinoma; epithelioma cuniculatum. Section 3 Tumours of the epidermal appendages: tumours with hair structure differentiation; tumours with sebaceous differentiation; tumours with eccrine differentiation; tumours with apocrine differentiation; microcytic adnexal carcinoma; mixed tumour of the skin (chondroid syringoma). Section 4 Melanocytic neoplasms: malignant melanoma and subtypes, malignant blue nevus. Section 6 Primary cutaneous haematopoietic infiltrates: cutaneous lymphomas - cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, cutaneous B-cell lymphomas, unusual cutaneous lymphomas, pseudolymphomas - T-pseudolymphomas, B-pseudolymphomas, abortive pseudolymphoma (histiocytoma); miscellaneous lymphoproliferative skin infiltrates - angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia - Kimura's disease, papuloerythroderma ofuji, angioendotheliomatosis - malignant, reactive; secondary skin involvement in nodal lymphomas and leukemias; myeloproliferative disorders.
